Out And Proud Parents Day - 30th July

Join us on July 30th to celebrate and uplift parents of LGBTQI+ children worldwide.
This day isn’t just a date - it’s a powerful movement. When parents show their pride, they become living role models, helping other families open their hearts too.

Why it matters

  1. Parental acceptance saves lives. Supportive families significantly improve mental health and resilience in LGBTQI+ youth.

  2. By “coming out” as proud parents, you spark a ripple effect — encouraging compassion, healing, and hope across communities.

How to Take Part

1. Share your story on social media

Use #OutAndProudParentsDay on 30th July — and post a photo, video, or message celebrating the love for your LGBTQI+ child (without outing them). Personal stories foster real connections and invite others to follow.

2. Download our toolkit

Get social graphics, video templates, and message ideas—everything you need to feel confident and supported in sharing your pride.

3. Watch and share our podcast

Tune in to our Out and Proud Parents Podcast, led by Saima and featuring heartfelt interviews that shine a light on everyday parent journeys. These stories won’t just inspire—they’ll echo in living rooms far and wide.
